Need to change admin contact on wordpress.com-registered domain

  We are a non-profit organization and the person who registered our domain is no longer involved. We need to change the domain contact so that we can renew the registration. Please let us know how we can accomplish this without the person who originally set it up.

  Hi there,

  The person who bought the domain will need to contact us and authorise us to transfer the domain to another user on the site. There is no other way to do this. There are a ton of regulations surrounding domain ownership, and we cannot make any changes to a domain unless it is the current owner contacting us to request it.
