Need to change admin; no access to username or PW

    I am a new employee and working on creating a blog at work. A former employee created one, but was dismissed and did not leave access to any usernames or passwords. We would like to use the same name. Is there a way for me to delete the blog/gain access to that blog she created so that we are able to use the same name?
