need to change api key account to new id

we were using an old account where due to crash we lost data, since we used the same api key on our new blog, we are unable to figure out the real traffic we are getting on the site.
When we tried to add the new api key, it says error, need to contact support to add new blog
I am an wordpress.org user, I meant hosting blog and files on our domain
plz help me in dealing this issue up -
