need to change billing info ASAP

  I need to change the billing info for my site http://nationalsocietyoffilmcriticsblog.wordpress.com/, which is set to renew tomorrow. Since your site provides no options for this (when I go to Manage Purchases=>Billing History nothing comes up) and of course there is no one to call, I can’t change the billing info. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  The reason why you do not see billing options under your account is because you must be logged under the account/username that owns the domain. The account that you are contacting us from does not own the blog.

  Once you’re logged into the owner account, you can go to Manage Purchases > Billing History and see receipts, billing info, etc.
