Need to change the name of my blog

i also tried to do it but i wasn’t able to. you can export the contents and import it to a new blog then delete it. i guess.

Just go on CUSTOMIZE! You see, from your dashboard or just go on the website, hover over the black tab at the top on your website’s name, click customize and there you go!
To export contents, one way is, if you’re interested in changing the URL go on your dashboard, then MY BLOGS and then choose what you want to do by hovering and clicking.

Uh, the above answer is bullshit.
To change the NAME of the blog, go to Dashboard->Settings->General and change the name there.
To change the URL, you can either get a custom domain (which I recommend) or just go to a different Whatever.Wordpress.com domain, which I do not recommend.

…So yesterday I tried to change my name from cheryn711 to NV Properties Group (just like the address) and thought I did that right from the get go. Can it be the same? it shows both in the top right corner but still cheryn711 on the blog I post…what have I done wrong?
How long does this change take? everything else is real time. As you can tell I am just starting no not too swift in this department! thank you
