Need to change colour of page

  http://holkapolka.wordpress.com/ I want the same colour in my header to be below the header, where there is white.. Please help on this and keep it simpel, thanks.

  You mean the background colour of your blog content and sidebar areas? Try this code which will also remove the seperator image which looks weird if you change the background colours and makes some the meta data lighter and easier to read on a dark background:

  #insideWrapper, #sidebar, #content, .post, .page {background:#797979;}
  .post .sep {display:none;}
  .cite {color:#eee;}
