I am now the admin of my organizations blog. The previous admin has left organization. We were able to set me up as admin, but I don’t have access to the account info for all of the services that were added under her account name. I can’t see the billing history or renew services on the account. How can I get this fixed?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account as the original Admin.

To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B the blog’s owner must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to be transferred to the other username account B.

Then the blog owner must add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
    adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
    user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

Then the blog’s owner A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

Once that is accomplished then Staff can transfer the upgrades. I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hello,
We have transferred the ownership of the blog to my account. I’ll wait to hear from you.

    Thank you,
    Matt

    Hi there,

We have transferred the ownership of the blog to my account.

For the upgrades to appear in your account, you will also need to transfer them to your user account, along with ownership of the blog itself.

Are you still in contact with the user who’s account these upgrades are under? If not let me know and I will contact them on your behalf.

    Thanks!

Yes, I’m in contact with her. Can you point me to a set of instructions for her to follow to transfer the upgrades? My understanding is that blog ownership is already transferred.

Great. Transferring blog ownership (which I see you have done) does not automatically transfer the upgrades associated with it, but I can help with that.

First though, can you have her add a comment on this support thread? She will need to be logged in under the right account to do so, and that (plus her stated approval of the transfer) will be enough for me to proceed.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Great, thank you for confirming @mlrethlefsen

@matthoy – I have moved the subscriptions to your account, which you can now verify by going to Store>My Upgrades in your site’s Admin Dashboard.

Note: I did not migrate the No Ads upgrade, as it had already expired (6 days ago) and it makes more sense for you to add it again (by going to the Store tab) so that you will be paying for a full year instead of renewing for a partial year.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
