NEED TO CHANGE DNS

  Right now, my site, http://www.thematerialgirl.co, is down and it’s because the DNS is not pointing to the correct server. I believe I don’t have a WordPress.org account, but when I try and claim my domain, I get this error:
  http://www.thematerialgirl.co
  This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.

  So, I am contacting support. Can anyone help me with this??? It’s been two days since my site is down and I NEED it up ASAP.
