Need to change DNS Records

  Hi,

  We are moving out mail to Office 365 so I need to change the DNS records. When I look up the SOA record for our domain webradshawsolicitors.com, it tells me that the SOA is:

  primary name server = ns1.wordpress.com

  But when I log in to the WordPress portal with my account, and go to My Site | Manage | Domains, I do not see the domain webradshawsolicitors.com listed there. So I do not have the option of changing any of the records associated with this domain.

  Can you tell me how I can change the DNS records, please?

  Hi,

  The domain webradshawsolicitors.com doesn’t seem to be registered here at WordPress.com. According to Whois info, it’s registered with blacknight.com.

  https://who.is/whois/webradshawsolicitors.com

  You will need to contact their support team in order to update the nameservers/DNS.

  Hi there,

  I checked with Blacknight and it does seem that they allow me to change the nameservers in their portal. I had sort of assumed that since the SOA was one of your servers that any changes would have to go through yourselves.

  But I think I can do it myself. Wish me luck!
