Need to change menubar and footer area colour

  I have tried multiple CSS codes to try to change my menubar and footer area colour to blue #6699FF, but nothing appears to be working. Any help is appreciated.

  Oh nerts! I do apologize as I just noticed that you do have the upgrade. Please be patient while waiting for another Volunteer who helps with CSS editing or Staff to assist you.

  Hi there, I’m seeing blue on your menu right now with a much lighter white-ish blue when I hover over the menu items. Have you gotten the menu to the place you wanted it? If not, let us know and we can help get it where you want it.

  For the footer, here is the code with the blue you mentioned.

  footer {
      background: #6699FF;
  }

  If you also wish to change the very bottom area with the credits to the same blue, this will do it.

  }
