Need to change my gravatar URL and can't find a way to get help on their site.

Trying to find a way to change my gravatar ending on the url they provide online. DO NOT want my full name on it.

Are you trying to change the link that your name is connected to when you leave a comment? If yes, you can change that from inside your WordPress.com dashboard by going to Users > Personal Settings then scroll all the way to the bottom until you find the “Account Details” section and update the “Website” field in that section. Note that you cannot change the information for past comments you have already left, but once you change the Website setting in your dashboard then all of your future comments will that link.

Past comments won’t be affected, those are already posted and you can’t change them. Future comments you made would use a placeholder image of some kind depending on the settings of the website where you leave the comment.
Will it delete all my comments on the web such as this thread? :)
Nope, past comment are set and cannot be changed.
