Need to change my payment currency

  I need to change my subscription plan currency, from HKD to CNY. Pls help me make it asap, I’m waiting to pay.

  Unfortunately, CNY is not among our supported currencies. You can see the list of the currencies that we support here.

  If you still want to change your currency from HKD to one of the currencies that appear in the list above, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to change your currency!

  OK, thanks anyway.

  I wanted to switch the currency to CNY, because my another account currency is USD, I paid my bill with my VISA card and it failed. I can never upgrade my subscription plan then. Any solutions for this problem? BTW, I can pay my shopify bill with this card at the same time.

  Can you help me change my payment method? I’m afraid using my VISA would lock this account again, I need to use Alipay or Wechat.

  If you are wanting to pay using AliPay or WeChat Pay, those options will be available to you if you are logged into your account from within China.
