Need to change one link in site

  I need to change a link for just one page – from
  http://www.nolatrader.com/?page_id=103&offset=10&results=10
  to
  http://www.nolatrader.com/&offset=10&results=10
  This is page 2 of the Browse Ads section of AWPCP Classifieds
  Everything else is working fine, so I only want to change that one link
  Any help?!! Thanks in advance!
