    The WordPress.com account you used to post here has never owned any sites hosted with us, and the domain, hopehelps.org, is registered and hosted by GoDaddy.com. We have no control at all over that domain.

    If you’re trying to connect the domain to a self-hosted WordPress site you have installed on GoDaddy’s servers, please contact their support directly for help.

    In this forum we’re only able to help with sites hosted here on WordPress.com.
