Need to change "Published by" to "Event date"
-
Am creating a site for a client’s purposes.
Because their posts mostly talk about events previously published elsewhere, they’re getting confused over what “Published by” means. Sometimes they think it means the date of their WP post, sometimes they think it means the date of the original citation (elsewhere), and sometimes it’s actually the date of the event covered in the original citation. Make sense?
And there’s more than one editor here…
Since we’re going for the original “event” date covered by any subsequent citations or posts, I would very much like to just change every occurrence of “Published by” in all posts to “Event date” or “Occured”… anything but the word “Published” which means different things to different folks.
I don’t believe it’s an option anywhere within the WP control panel (if so can you please tell me where… I’m not seeing it). I don’t mind editing a little CSS but thought someone might have a more elegant solution. A plugin that covers such details perhaps?
I’m running WP4 on a hosted server account with a customized Artisteer template.
Thank you very much for any help!
