Need to change upper left most icon on Dashboard page.

On the dashboard page, how do I get that Icon to change to what I need. It used part of my webpage to create the icon. Now I need to change that image for legal reasons.

Old icon still showing up on dashboard upper left and on iPad 2.
But correct icon is on upper right.
