need to click twice on every link to load the page

    Hi, i am having a seriously annoying issue with my wordpress website.

    If i click on say a post i want to look, at or a page on my wordpress front end (public website), a strange blue loading line appears at the top of the page, full screen and its only a thin line.

    It then loads to a blank page, but if i click refresh or the link again then the full page loads up?….

    Please help as this is doing my head in.
