    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    Hi,

    Thanks for writing back. The username/account that purchased/subscribed account was (email visible only to moderators and staff) who is my colleague. Incidentally it was my card that was used for the subscription. I cancelled my subscription on March 12, 2019 under
    [redacted]

    Since the refund did not happen on the relevant card my bank is claiming the subscription amount as well as late payment charges. I would like to request you to kindly help sort this out at the earliest.

    Hi there,

    This is a public forum. You just posted your full credit card number online, where anyone with access to the internet can see it, and where it will be indexed in Google.

    We asked you to comment as the correct account, NOT to post sensitive payment information in the forums.

    I’ve removed your credit card number from the thread, but I recommend that you immediately contact your bank and stop that card, in case someone has already been able to copy your card number before I could remove it.

    The payment in question was refunded in March 2019 already, and the funds returned to the card that was used to make the payment. That is the card whose number you posted in your reply above.

    We cannot issue a refund to a different card than was used to make the payment.
