need to connect wordpress with hostgator/ no admin abilities. ?

  No admin capabilities, attempting to link wordpress to hostgator to start business. but wordpress not recognizing me as myself . (email visible only to moderators and staff) is also huson419 and (email visible only to moderators and staff) these are all me . how can I get maching to recognize this ????

  I need to know, can this problem be fixed ? or not, because I want to start my online business, but will continue to be in limbo until this problem is resolved. In the mean time, Shopify has just contacted me to join them. But the point seems mute as I’ve already paid money to join both wordpress and hostgator. I just want to get my online business up and running. I was unaware it would be this difficult, as the class I took on web building made it all sound so simple without all the web coding .
