I’m having issues changing my e-mail address in my personal settings — it says my e-mail is “already in use”, but I supposedly have no other WordPress blogs, so where is it being used?

Did you open more than one WordPress account, under different email addresses? It’s not a matter of having more than one blog. You can have dozens of blogs under the same account, all attached to the same email address.
But you might have a second account, with or without blogs in it. -
I am trying to make a site and have bought the domain .org. It now comes up as dotorg.wordpress.com
Can someone please help. I now have 2 domains.
