Need to contact someone for help moving subscribers

  Hello. Is there someone I contact to move subscribers from one wordpress.com site to another wordpress.com site? I’ve clicked the “contact us” link but only get redirected to the forum. Thank you!

  Also, is there by chance a free Site Redirect tool available as we are staying within WordPress.com sites, or is it only available through the Store?
