Need to convert posts and comments into a blog

  I want to gift my friend his blog as a bound book. It’s a surprise so I don’t want to ask him for his xml file. Is there a way that I can convert his blog to pdf or such to print and bind it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  the blog is a normal wordpress.com blog and has over a 100 posts

  What a cool gift!

  While you cannot download directly from WordPress.com into a pdf format, I would suggest taking a look at one of these services:

  http://blog2print.sharedbook.com/blogworld/printmyblog/index.html

  There are similar websites out there, but these are a great start.

  These require login access, which works fine for my personal blog but cannot be used for a friend’s blog

  Good point. That certainly would ruin the surprise element.

  Unfortunately, it’ll have to be done manually. Good old copy and paste. I know this isn’t optimal, because of the volume of posts. However, due to our commitment to security, we cannot assist with downloads of files from other user’s sites.
