  I am having trouble finding the design option on WP. I need to create a menu and cannot find the option on my site. My WP is different from the Youtube video tutorial I watched.

  Hi,

  What is the website URL? Is it rowdyuscblogcom.wordpress.com?

  It depends on the theme you install. Which theme is installed?
  The Menu option comes under DashBoard -> Appearance -> Menus.
