Need to create a simple members area on website for pricing information

I have been tasked with creating a simple member area that we have some customers sign up using their email address etc so that they can have access to price lists, but a lot of plug-ins that I have looked at are more based around CRMs or a paywall type system, but literally all I want is a system where they can sign up/sign in for an account and then login, to then access a few pages with some links to information. No paying for a membership or anything.
Any ideas?

I’m gathering they won’t be buying anything on the site. Please correct me if I’m wrong on that.
I’m not sure whether you intend to have a site admin add each member, or whether you’d like some kind of signup page for them to add themselves.
