Need to delete a page and re-arrange the others

    Hi!
    I have searched high and low to find out how to re-arrange the order that the pages appear on this blog I’m working on.
    I’ve entered numbers for each page under “Attributes” but that doesn’t do anything – they are still in alphabetical order.

    I also am trying to delete the page titled “Blog” – is that possible
