Need to delete a page I didn't put up!!

    A few years ago, someone else, without my knowledge, put up a page under my name with my photo etc. and he can’t take it down because he doesn’t know the e-mail or password he used. I need to take this thing down and don’t know what to do! Any ideas? And while it will say at the bottom that I need help with the blog rickmoorewriter.com, the one I need to get rid of (or at least figure out how I can edit!) is rickmoorewrites.com. Thanks!
