Need to delete account and refund money

    Hello, I just got an email saying I was charged $26. but I didn’t even know this wordpress was still active. I do not use it. I did not know I was going to be charged. Please refund my money and help me delete this page! I no longer need the service. thank you!

    Hi there. I am sorry that you were charged. WordPress plan go to automatic renewal by default. You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page. If your domain name or plan is outside of the refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal. Here are the support documents for this issue. I will also tag this for a moderator to look at since it seems that the automatic renewal happened today.
