  hello

  There is a cname record in the dns, *pkmag.com.au. This is causing the correct cname record digital.pkmag entry to be null as it ends up pointing to WordPress.

  I cannot figure out how to delete the *pkmag.com.au record so that this stops happening. Can you help?

  The justjennifer, support came back to me with the answer and it seemed that the host was the problem.
