Canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. Here are the available options for you:
Wait: You can wait about five days from cancellation for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again with another provider.
Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.
Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, and update us here.

The site uses our WordPress.com address, and the domain (castromaintenance.com) is the custom address that you provided under the Personal Plan you added to your account initially.When you upgrade to the Personal Plan the domain is provided free of charge for the first year, but because you have cancelled the Personal Plan, it will be necessary to pay the domain registration fee ($18/yr) separately to restore this to your account. Do you wish to re-purchase the Personal Plan instead? If so I can recover the domain and there is not a separate fee for the domain registration.
