Need to delete element but don't know what it is

    My site kaycatlett.com has an element on the right that is trying to load, but doesn’t. I need to delete it, but don’t know what it is to delete it. OR I need to have it load if it is something I need to keep. Have not been able to finish setting it up for a few months, but want to have it operational very soon. Can someone look at it, and advise me on what to do. Level of competency between 1 being poor and 10 being excellent: 3.
