Need to delete extra Below Header widget that spontaneously appeared!

Help! an ‘extra’ below header widget has appeared on my live e-commerce site. I’d like to delete it but I don’t see it when I go thru Appearance > widgets! It only gives me the option to add a new one. I’ve read all the support documentation but haven’t found the answer.

We can’t help directly because we don’t host wholesale.theredsari.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
I did take the time to examine the source code of your site however and can see it is using the Storefront theme. The issue you are referring sounds like a display problem related to your theme.
We do not offer the Storefront theme on WordPress.com, but the good news is that help is available directly from the creators of your theme: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/storefront/
