Need to delete my WordPress account. Help?

  Hi, i wish to delete my account related to an email address i use. That account has no blog currently, and its a waste to my email address being stuck up there. i tried changing the primary email account to another email id I have, but it is saying it can’t be changed. I desperately want my primary email account free. please help.

  WordPress.com account cannot be deleted. However you can release the associated email address by following the instructions in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/#reusing-email-addresses

  Hopefully this is not a bother for you :)
