Need to delete old account but forgotten password

I have an old account that I cannot access anymore as I have lost all the email and password. The website has not been accessed in years, the address is https://twindragonhome.wordpress.com/
I need to have it deleted, could you please help me.

This doesn’t help me at all as I have forgotten the email and username that was used to create this old blog.

Hi there,
Only the logged-in owner of a site can delete it.
It looks like you used to have paid upgrades on that site, so you should be able to verify your ownership using a transaction ID from a past payment. The account recovery page linked above explains how you can retrieve that transaction ID from your past bank statements.
Once you have the transaction ID, submit that to us using the account recovery form, and someone will reply via email to help you regain access to the account.

Will the transaction have the words “wordpress” in there, I have not touched this account in years. I had no clue it was still taking money out of my account.

Just re read what you wrote and went through my old bank statements from 2018 and found one transaction and sent in a request.
