Need to delete old account but no info available

I am writing on behalf of a friend who is an older adult. She owns the B&B. She would like the site at the address above to be deleted or changed to a private site. She does not remember or have access to any info that would allow her to verify ownership. (Someone else set it up for her long ago and they are no longer available to help.) The steps in the Knowledge base require being able to log into the account or having information she doesn’t have. Is there anything we can do to make this happen?
