Need to Delete Old Blog

    The Nonprofit I work for – First Liberty Institute (formerly Liberty Institute) used to maintain the following blog through 2009: https://freemarketblog.wordpress.com/. Through the years, the existence of the blog was forgotten. We recently stumbled upon it in a web search and would like to remove it, but we do not have the login information to do so.

    What is the process that we will need to go through to prove this is ours so that we can gain access to it in order to close the account?

    This is a difficult situation that crops up from time to time as only the admin/owner of a WordPress.com site has the ability to delete it. I’ll tag this thread to ask if a member of staff could reply (and remove your phone number as there is no phone support).
