Need to delete old blog, cannot access dashboard
-
I need to delete an old blog (christinetylerhill.wordpress.com) but I’m unable to access the admin portal.
I try logging in by going to christinetylerhill.wordpress.com/login/, and I login with my email address, but then I get an error message saying ‘User communications0be2cba… Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested’ with directions to log out of that account. I have logged out, but I get the same error message every time I try to log back in.
I manage a WordPress site for work and my work email starts with communications, so I assume the issue has something to do that that account, but I can’t figure out how to move forward.
Please help! This old blog is so embarassing!

Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? I do see christinetylerhill.wordpress.com as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@communications0be2c8b496) to contact us here.
With this in mind, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns christinetylerhill.wordpress.com.
Thanks!

Thanks for this Jerry. I already found this page, but unfortunately I don’t have any of the required proof of ownership and it won’t let me submit the form without it.
I *do* have an email from Sept. 14th 2020 about a comment to the blog… so I have that as proof that I’m an admin on the blog. But I do not have the required transaction ID, activation URL, or two-factor authentication codes.
Any advice on how to proceed? Is there a way to access these pieces of proof that I’m not aware of?
