Im new to wordpress. I want to develop a website which is similar to http://www.freepik.com/.
the main goal is user can register the website and upload their images, those uploaded images can be downloaded by any user.
Can Anyone suggest me to suitable templates and plugins.

Granting every users the ability to upload images requires that you assign each user the role of Author or higher. See the User Roles support page. There is no limit on the number of users which may contribute to a website.

Because the grid items at http://www.freepik.com/ are dated, I presumed they were posts. They actually link to htm files in every case I’ve checked.
