Need to disconnect self-hosted sites from my wordpress.com account

  I have connected many clients sites on my WordPress.com. This was done in the past.

  I have no contact with this people anymore. How to unconnect those self-hosted WP sites that are no longer mine responsibility.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
