Need to display jpg instead of webP
-
Hi,
I wanted to display webP images on my site and used imagify.
however, they are not being displayed correctly (https://www.nisiplus.com)
When I login as admin user, entire site shows properly with all images (using jpg).
I want to quickly revert back and display images in JPG only (as it was before). For example, for one of the images, if I login as user, it shows the address of image as: https://www.nisiplus.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/Womens-Clothing-247×296.jpg (which is an existing image).
However, when I don’t login as admin, the same image address shows as: data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20viewBox%3D%220%200%20300%20300%22%20xmlns%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%22%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E (this does not exist).
I want to revert back to the first jpg image only. Can someone please help here? Will greatly appreciate, thank you in advance.

Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host nisiplus.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (via Cloudflare DNS) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
