Need to divide my website into seperate pages with blog posts on them

  I need to divide my website in such a way that I can update blogs on different pages.
  I need a page link like r3xnation.wordpress.com/poems where I can put all my poems as separate blog posts and a page like r3xnation.wordpress.com/stories where i can put all my stories as separate blog posts and none of this should be seen in the main page which will contain only descriptions and links to these other pages.
  I should be able to add blog posts to different pages and if a person visits r3xnation.wordpress.com/poems he should be able to see my latest poems.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
