Need to downgrade from business to premium

    Hello:

    My subscription expired two days ago. I couldn’t renew before that because I was waiting on my tax refund. I need to downgrade from business to premium. I have backed up my site with Jetpack (I expanded it and don’t see a database folder but see all the images I have uploaded; where is the database folder?). Do I “remove wordpress business” in order to downgrade to premium and, if so, will it delete everything? I originally created the site as a business site. There are 20 active plugins showing but I honestly don’t remember “adding” any plugins other than constant contact (which expired a while ago because I couldn’t pay that, either) and woocommerce (don’t need woocommerce at the moment because my business isn’t making any money) and maybe the anti-spam one. I really don’t want to have to start all over. Help!

    Since you have a yearly Business plan, you have access to priority email support and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page where you can get help more quickly than posting in the free public support forums.
