Need to Downgrade my plan

  Hi,

  I am currently using the Explorer Plan. I would like to downgrade to Starter Plan. How do I proceed?

  Thanks for reaching out. If you decide to downgrade from the Explorer plan to the Starter plan, please note that you will no longer have access to the following features:

  • Free access to premium themes
  • Ability to upload audio & videos to your site
  • Upgraded storage space (13GB)
  • Ability to use custom CSS
  • Ability to accept payments on your site

  If you’re comfortable with losing these features, you can proceed by canceling the Explorer plan from your Purchases page and then purchasing the new Starter plan from your Plans page.
