  Hello

  I have tagged this thread for staff assistance, they would get back to you asap.

  Note that `If you downgrade to a lower plan, you would lose any custom plugins or themes you had installed as well as any premium features not available in the lower level plan.
  Your site will also revert to the way it looked before you installed the first plugin`

  Hi there,

  To be able to select the Personal plan I first need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. As @amirudra789 already said, this process will delete all of your site’s data so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
