  You can download your site content by using these instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/support/export/

  And then delete your site using these instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  Can I ask why you are leaving WordPress.com? Is there something you felt unable to do here that I might be able to help advise you on?
