Need to edit the content of our webpage

    When I get into the WordPress website and try to edit my webpage, the first screen that I encounter says, ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.
    Would you like to start one?’

    How do I get to the function that will allow me to edit the content of our website?

    The account recovery form requests verification that we are the blog owner. We don’t have any of the items listed; transaction ID, Activation URL, two question verification. What else can we do to verify that we own the website so that we can edit ?
    Please advise at your earliest convenience
