Need to either get rid of a "stuck" category or do a "do over"

  I’m just trying to start over. I don’t have much on my site but I have an unwanted category I can’t get rid of. I’m just learning the ropes and kind of screwed up.

  I have a category called “Wheelhouse” that I don’t need. I can’t make it go away and I’m having trouble setting up my other four categories to show correctly. I’m just learning the ropes and need to just simply start all over again. I don’t have much in the way of content on my site and I’ve backed it all up. HELP! After I learn the ropes well enough to justify it, I was planning on going “Premium” and make a little jingle with my site.
