Hi @pondnetwork! I’ve checked the pond-network.ca site, and it does not appear to be a WordPress.com hosted site. When checking public WhoIs information, it shows us the domain is hosted by Amazon.
I’ve gone ahead and checked the pond-network.ca site and it does appear that it is loading, so perhaps this has already been resolved with your host. Here’s what I see:
