Need to know ASAP: domain mapping renewal

  I have switched my domain name of beasone.org from wordpress.com to namesecure.com. I see now that my domain mapping for beasone.org is about to expire. Do I need to renew this domain mapping since my domain name is handled by Namesecure?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  Yes. Since your site is still hosted on WordPress.com, the domain mapping is needed to point beasone.org at your content. If domain mapping expires, visitors to your site will see an error message instead.

  Another question: I am in the process of migrating my site to WordPress.org. If I complete that task before the deadline, would I still need to renew the domain mapping? My WordPress.com blog would be deleted once the migration is complete.

  Once your site migration is complete, you won’t need domain mapping any more.
