Need to know how to add my logo, subtitle, and mission stateme to my Homepage.

  I used “Help” and went throught he whole tutorial, but can’t find out how to add my logo and a subtitle to my Homepage.
  I also want the purpose/mission statement to be clearly visible at all times.
  I am willing to upgrade if necessary.

  Each theme at WordPress.com is unique. You are using the Choco theme and that theme doesn’t have a custom header option but you could add a logo and mission statement to the sidebar using the media library to upload the image, the image widget to place it in the sidebar, and a text widget. Things you add to the sidebar will be visible all the time.

  You can update the blog title or tagline (the subtitle) that appears at the top of the blog from the Users → Personal Settings page.

  Alternately, if you would like to change the way the layout design works for any theme, you can get additional control to do that using the paid optional upgrade for custom design which allows you access to add CSS to an existing theme. CSS can be used to move design elements around on a page, add a logo, or other things like that.
