Need to know what constitutes "MATURE" THEME

hi,After searching for info on my current mindset, i.e., Theme for BLOG. I would like to know what constitutes “MATURE” when developing a personal theme. What is floating through my mind is a pic of woman’s nude back, in water. Can you please help me untangle this perplexing question? I have to admit I’ve not put a site together from this perspective before so I am a bit flopping about like a freshly caught trout on land! Yet, I’ve had to teach myself through a lifetime of adventures!
